Requirements
Must:
- Proven experience in supply chain activities, including sourcing, supplier due diligence, and order book management
- Subcontract management experience, including negotiation, influencing, contracting, and supporting business targets
- Skilled in supplier coordination including cost governance, risk mitigation, and stakeholder engagement
- Proficient in using ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or equivalent for PO management
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel for data interpretation and report generation
- Ability to coordinate supplier activities to fulfill contractual and operational requirements
Responsibilities
- Support procurement activities in line with governance and compliance requirements
- Ensure purchase orders are created, placed, and coordinated through to completion
- Resolve invoice queries with shared services and contribute to improving procurement policies and processes
- Collaborate closely with the Procurement Manager to oversee key subcontractors and suppliers
- Monitor delivery performance and maintain action logs for supplier reviews
- Help mitigate risks and identify operational and contractual opportunities
- Support supplier relationships and assist in programme and management reviews
- Ensure new contracts are set up in accordance with customer requirements
