Description

At BAE Systems, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in a collaborative environment that values diversity of thought and rewards integrity and merit. Our Ocean Interfaces team, situated within SSNA, contributes to the development of deployable assets for the future attack nuclear submarine, tackling global challenges through close collaboration with customers and suppliers. As the AUKUS Submarine programme progresses, SSNA is evolving into a truly global platform, including the development of novel technology. With designs advancing and orders for long-lead items being placed, this is a pivotal moment to make an impact. We offer relocation support packages across all Submarine roles, subject to eligibility criteria. Additionally, we provide a competitive benefits package, including a pension scheme, employee share plans, and a flexible range of health, wellbeing, and lifestyle benefits. We embrace an inclusive culture and welcome applicants from all backgrounds. If you have a disability or health condition that may affect your performance in certain assessments, please discuss with your recruiter about potential reasonable adjustments. Please note that many roles at BAE Systems are subject to security and export control restrictions. Factors such as nationality, previous nationalities, and place of birth may restrict eligibility for specific roles. All applicants must meet the Baseline Personnel Security Standard, and many roles require higher levels of National Security Vetting, typically necessitating 5 to 10 years of continuous residency in the UK. We may close this vacancy early if we receive sufficient applications, so if you are interested, please submit your application as soon as possible.
