Requirements
Must:
I am looking for candidates who possess the following essential skills and experiences:
- An extensive expertise and understanding of engineering lifecycles and System Engineering principles.
- Experience in delivering IT solutions.
- Understanding of development principles and Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipeline and associated toolsets.
- A good proficiency in Agile toolsets, such as Atlassian Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, and GIT.
- Knowledge of interfacing, APIs, and networking protocols (TCP/UDP).
- Experience in the deployment and management of virtualized environments.
Desirable qualifications include:
- Knowledge of the full IT stack: .NET/Core, C#, Ansible.
- Proficiency in software development languages and databases.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will:
- Play a key role in the systems engineering activities for the development and deployment of new products.
- Understand our customers’ challenging needs while developing, validating, and managing requirements.
- Develop and document complex system architectures and sub-systems, providing evidence of fitness for purpose and customer value.
- Develop, test, and deliver information-centric solutions.
- Integrate systems containing electronic, mechanical, and software sub-systems, understanding the potential impact across the entire system and interfacing with platforms and equipment.
- Take accountability for technical work packages and verify that customer needs are satisfied through qualification and test activities.
- Work within a diverse group of engineers, providing guidance and coaching to others.
