Senior Developer

In this role, I will be fully responsible for analyzing requirements, estimating, designing, scoping, architecting, developing, and unit testing capabilities. I will demonstrate capability intent through authoring design solutions, data modeling, process diagrams, and other supplementary information while directly collaborating with stakeholders. Additionally, I will contribute to the planning and implementation of upgrade activities, including the installation and configuration of software. Investigating operational IT incidents, I will apply effective fixes to resolve issues and ensure incidents are updated and closed according to agreed procedures and standards. Engaging with stakeholders to identify project needs will be vital as I build trust and leverage my experience and expertise to drive positive project outcomes. I will utilize advanced technical expertise to optimize performance by diagnosing bottlenecks, conducting data profiling and benchmarking, and handling complex toolset configurations. My role will include participating in development processes and practices (Agile), such as backlog refinement, daily stand-ups, and show-and-tell sessions. Coaching and supporting associate and junior developers to help them progress in their tasks and grow in their roles will also be part of my responsibilities, as I champion best practices, continuous improvement, coding standards, and provide technical guidance to other IT functions.
