Responsibilities

- Influence safe decision-making through expert guidance on risk, controls, and operational planning
- Conduct engaging site inspections across multiple locations, identifying opportunities to raise standards and reduce risk
- Lead incident and near-miss investigations, turning learning into meaningful and lasting improvements
- Evaluate performance trends and report insights to shape continuous improvement and strategic SHE direction
