Must:
We are looking for candidates with strong Supply Chain functional knowledge, including people, process, and performance expertise. A comprehensive understanding of supply chain practices is essential, along with commercial and contractual acumen. Candidates should possess line management experience and show creativity in contributing to the development of Supply Chain strategies that support our business objectives.
Responsibilities
In this role, I will ensure that our Procurement teams utilize online tools and the ERP system (SAP) according to supply chain procedures and best practices. I will identify potential risks and issues, collaborating with the broader team to find effective resolutions. It will be my responsibility to provide regular progress reports against deliverables and oversee the delivery of all materials/services for Ship Repair, ensuring alignment with business KPIs and quality standards. I will focus on supplier performance and nurture relationships by establishing and maintaining solid connections with key stakeholders, including customers and suppliers. Additionally, I will offer insights to support our financial objectives pertaining to orders, sales, margin, and cash flow, contributing to our overall Integrated Business Plan. Monitoring and managing employee resource requirements will also fall under my purview, allowing for effective resource planning alongside the Ship Repair Supply Chain Manager.
