Requirements
Must:
- Proven experience with Systems Engineering principles and practices
- Strong knowledge in requirement generation and management
- Experience with C&I systems, particularly Distributed Control Systems
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

Responsibilities
- Generate and assure consistency within the requirement set for 12 major C&I systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and clarify requirements
- Conduct reviews and validation of requirements and specifications
- Support acceptance testing and ensure compliance with industry standards
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with requirements management
- Facilitate meetings and workshops to drive requirement discussions
