Requirements
Must:
- Extensive experience in systems engineering and design assurance
- Strong knowledge of engineering principles and methodologies
- Proven track record in managing complex projects
- Proficiency in relevant design assurance tools and software
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Effective communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders
Responsibilities
- Lead the systems design assurance process to ensure quality and compliance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define system requirements
- Perform risk assessments and manage project risks
- Develop and implement design assurance strategies
- Conduct reviews and audits of engineering designs
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior engineers
- Prepare reports and presentations for management and stakeholders
