NSL – Project Manager - London

- Determining the best means of satisfying customer requirements within the context of project objectives and constraints - Managing both internal and external stakeholders, taking into account their levels of influence and interests - Developing and managing teams, including managing their delivery and performance and providing appraisal and support to their development - Developing and agreeing budgets for projects and controlling forecast and actual costs against them - Preparing and maintaining schedules or agile delivery products for project activities and events, taking account of dependencies, resource requirements and critical paths, reporting and tracking milestones, reporting progress and managing contingency and risk - Developing, maintaining and applying quality management processes for project activities and outputs - Consolidating and documenting the fundamental components of projects (scope, schedule, resource requirements, budgets, risks, opportunities and issues, and quality requirements), escalating any exceptions, and implementing where necessary, protocols to change the scope of the delivery - Defining and creating appropriate progress reports, managing RAID items and escalating with customers and within the business as appropriate, including identifying and monitoring project threats and opportunities, planning and implementing mitigation plans - Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives - Promoting BAE Systems Digital Intelligence in all actions, acting in a morally, legally and socially appropriate manner
