Requirements
Must:
We are looking for candidates who have essential skills in key applications such as Oracle ERP, Siemens Teamcenter Unified, MSBI, and Manufacturing Execution Systems. A strong understanding of cyber security principles and compliance standards is necessary. We value demonstrable experience in software development, particularly in a leadership role, along with a strong knowledge of software development life cycles (SDLC), Agile, and DevOps practices. Excellent leadership, team-building, and interpersonal skills are a must.
Responsibilities
In this role, I will lead, mentor, and motivate a team of developers, functional consultants, and technical staff. I will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of development projects, ensuring effective coordination and communication with stakeholders to define requirements, priorities, timelines, and status. I will establish and maintain coding standards, development best practices, and technical guidelines. Additionally, I will ensure that our systems are suitable for our environment by working with the Enterprise/Data and Solution architects and ensuring compliance with cyber security standards. Staying updated on emerging technologies and recommending their adoption where beneficial will also be part of my responsibilities. Ultimately, I will encourage a culture of innovation, learning, and collaboration within the team.

As a member of the DevOps team, which reports to the Head of IT, I will lead a talented group of Oracle Functional Consultants, Oracle Developers, and Microsoft Technology Developers. I will be responsible for the day-to-day operations, managing resources, scheduling work, and ensuring successful project delivery, all while maintaining strict security compliance. This is an exciting opportunity to join our leadership team as we transition towards cloud technologies and drive innovation across the organization.
