Data Management & SharePoint Administrator

As part of the Operations Team, I will manage documents and records within SharePoint, serving as the main point of contact for Data Protection within the Operations function. I will have a thorough understanding of Microsoft SharePoint, particularly in the Site Owner role, and I will secure data within Teams. Familiarity with record retention is crucial, as I will provide guidance on best practices for responsible data management and data protection. While some training will be provided, effective communication at all levels and persistence in ensuring best practices are followed are vital.
