Requirements
Must:
- Understanding of SIEM Technologies
- Understanding of Networking
- Demonstrable cyber experience
- Experience working with Linux and Windows
- Experience with scripting languages such as Python and Bash
- Demonstrated expertise in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues
Responsibilities
- Supporting and maintaining Red Hat Linux servers
- Troubleshooting Linux systems to identify and escalate technical issues
- Assisting and supporting SIEM/SOAR technologies
- Monitoring systems for data collection, indexing, and analysis
- Detecting and diagnosing network issues within large network environments
- Escalating issues to third-party providers when necessary
- Assisting engineers on projects to onboard new and existing networks into Cyber Toolsets
- Collaborating with colleagues to provide efficient cyber services
- Onboarding data sources into platforms following a standardized process
