Requirements
Must:
- I require demonstrable evidence of analysing, documenting, understanding, and presenting information to multiple stakeholders.
- I need proven experience in capturing, documenting, and presenting requirements through workshops, highlighting traceability and priority.
- I am looking for experience in projects that operate across multiple areas and systems, as well as skills in process capture and analysis.
- It is desirable to have knowledge of process mapping tools such as Signavio or Visio, involvement in projects that deal with third-party impacts and integrations with core business processes, and experience in projects with a regulatory or security focus.
Responsibilities
- I will drive the execution of key operational information collection from multiple areas of the business.
- I will perform process mapping to various levels of detail using standard toolsets.
- I will identify key stakeholders and create engagement packs with required question sets and collateral.
- I will work to meet target delivery dates while highlighting potential blockers and issues when applicable.
- I will lead discussions to understand the impacts on people, processes, and tools during workshop discussions.
- I will plan and lead workshops with stakeholders at all levels to capture requirements, operational information, and business processes.
- I will collaborate with the team to create a centralised repository for collected information, along with supporting process documentation.
- I will analyse existing process documentation to identify gaps and issues that need reworking during workshop engagements.
- I will create project documentation for distribution and sign-off.
- I will elicit, analyse, and document high-level user stories and system requirements within an interview and workshop environment.
- I will review datasets to support the creation of business cases for future work packages, specifically focusing on capacity, time in motion, and downstream data impacts.

Our Shared Services Transformation team is newly developing and focuses on identifying, assessing, and solving problems across the organisation. We are involved in major programmes developing alongside our sector customers, aiming to bring clarity and insights into a fast-moving environment. The team is comprised of developing individuals with numerous opportunities for high stakeholder engagement and progression to fit various programmes’ needs. You'll be joining a function that has received recognition for its work, including recent awards at The Lawyer Awards, the Legal Business Awards 2024, and being shortlisted in the Financial Times Innovative Lawyer Europe Awards 2024.
