Requirements
Must:
We are looking for an experienced and driven IT professional with a strong understanding of electronics, audio-visual systems, computer hardware, software, networks, and operating systems. You should possess excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, along with the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues effectively. Communication skills are key, as you will need to convey technical information clearly to both technical and non-technical users. You should be capable of managing and implementing IT projects effectively and must be willing to travel freely between the UK, US, Canada, New Zealand, Japan, and the UAE. A degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering is preferred.
Responsibilities
In this role, your core responsibilities will include providing day-to-day technical support to users, resolving hardware and software issues, and ensuring the smooth operation of IT and audio/visual systems. You will be responsible for the daily upkeep and operation of all electronic, computer, audio/visual, network, and communication equipment. Diagnosing and resolving issues across various systems to minimize downtime will be a significant part of your job. You will manage and maintain interior automation, entertainment systems, IT infrastructure, and satellite communication systems, alongside creating and managing user accounts and access permissions. Additionally, you will assist with the implementation of new IT projects, implement and maintain security measures, provide training on new technologies, and maintain documentation for IT systems and procedures. You will also coordinate with vendors for hardware and software support, upgrades, and maintenance, while keeping abreast of new technologies and advancements in the field.

As a part of our team, you will work with specific systems and equipment including audio-visual systems (TVs, sound systems, movie projectors, etc.), computer and network systems, internet and satellite communication systems, automation systems (lighting, blinds, etc.), and security systems (cameras, etc.).
