Responsibilities
In this role, I would expect you to lead and support our development team while driving the delivery of high-profile projects. You will navigate our complex technical environment, which includes both modern and legacy systems. Your contributions will directly impact our longer-term re-architecture strategy and the overall direction of our development efforts. You will also play a pivotal role in mentoring team members and ensuring that we maintain high standards of technical excellence.

We are currently partnered with a global FinTech software house that excels in building financial solutions. Due to continued growth and acquisitions, we are seeking a Technical Lead Developer to join our Cardiff-based team, working in a hybrid model. This position offers a fantastic opportunity for someone eager to progress into a role with greater responsibilities while still remaining hands-on. You will work in an agile environment where training opportunities and the latest technologies are a priority. Our technical stack includes C#, .NET 6, Azure, React, and SQL. In addition to the exciting challenges you will face, this role offers excellent progression opportunities within a dynamic FinTech environment where billions of pounds in loans are processed daily. The salary for this role is £60,000, depending on experience, and comes with benefits such as 25 days of holiday, a 5% matched pension, training opportunities, and participation in our Perkbox scheme.
