Requirements
Must:
- Strong background in C# software development
- Experience with AWS and/or Azure
- Solid knowledge of SQL (MSSQL, Postgres, or equivalent)
- Proven track record in leading and mentoring developers
- Broad technical foundation with the ability to work across frontend and backend
Desirable Skills:
- Experience with RabbitMQ or other message broker systems
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript (React or Vue is desirable)
- Familiarity with Redis, APIs, Git, Bootstrap, SOLR (or equivalent)
- Experience with both modern and legacy systems
Responsibilities
As a Lead Senior Software Engineer, I am seeking someone who can combine technical delivery with team leadership. You will guide a talented development team, mentor and support your colleagues, and play a key role in refining our engineering practices. At the same time, you’ll remain hands-on, contributing across the full stack and helping deliver high-quality solutions.
The role is varied, allowing you to work across modern and legacy systems, cloud platforms, and a broad technology stack. It’s an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys balancing coding with leadership responsibilities.
