Lead Java Developer

At Avanti Recruitment, we are currently working with a UK market leader in the telecommunications infrastructure and software sector to find a Java Technical Lead. This role offers a hybrid working arrangement, with an expectation to be in the office near Guildford two days a week. Our company assists internet and communication service providers in managing their networks and billing more efficiently. You will focus on one of our premier SaaS platforms, a billing and money management software specifically designed for telecommunication companies, internet service providers, and managed service providers. With over 200 of the UK's largest communications providers already on board, our company is at a critical stage of growth as we scale and enhance our product to deliver cutting-edge solutions. We offer a maximum salary of £95,000, along with a NEST pension, private healthcare, and life insurance of four times your salary. You will receive 25 days of holiday plus bank holidays, and our standard working hours are from 09:00 to 17:30. Our interview process consists of two stages: a technical assessment to be completed at home and a subsequent 90-minute face-to-face interview at our office.
