Requirements
Must:
- Strong technical capability in networking (firewalls, switching, routing)
- Proficiency with Windows Server and Active Directory
- Experience in virtualization (VMware preferred)
- Knowledge of on-prem or hybrid infrastructure environments
- Proven experience in owning or leading infrastructure projects
- Hands-on, delivery-focused background
- Strong troubleshooting capability across complex environments
- Clear and confident communication style
Responsibilities
- Design and implement infrastructure solutions
- Take ownership of network and server environments
- Act as an escalation point for complex technical issues
- Support and guide other team members
- Drive continuous improvements across a largely on-prem environment
- Engage in upcoming projects, including network refreshes and backup improvements

We are a well-established and growing organization located in Cannock, looking to hire a Senior Infrastructure Engineer to take ownership of our core infrastructure environment.
