Requirements
Must:
- Previous experience in a Lead role, specifically in leading a small team and providing technical leadership in DBT and Snowflake
- Strong expertise in DBT and Snowflake
- Enjoy ownership of data models from end-to-end and driving improvements in standards
- Confident in collaborating with stakeholders to define business logic
- Experience in leading or mentoring engineering or analytics teams
- Ability to thrive in high-growth, fast-paced environments

Responsibilities
- Lead the design, build, and maintenance of DBT models and analytics layers
- Create performant, scalable datasets using Snowflake
- Implement testing, documentation, and governance best practices
- Provide leadership and support to junior analytics engineers
- Clarify business logic through close collaboration with stakeholders
- Manage incremental models and data flows within an AWS-based environment
- Contribute to the roadmap of a new data intelligence platform
