Requirements
Must:
- Experience with Java
- Experience with SQL
- Financial modelling experience, specifically in Cash Flow Modelling and Internal Rate of Return (IRR)
- 2:1 or 1st Class Degree (Ideally in Finance, Mathematics, or Computer Science)
- Bonus points for experience with React and any relevant coding languages
Responsibilities
In this role, you will join our small but dynamic team of 15, working across the full software development lifecycle. You will be specifically involved in refactoring a cash flow modelling engine that we have been developing over the past few years. Your primary coding language will be Java, alongside SQL and Springboot. You'll also have the opportunity to gain exposure to React on the front-end.
Description
We proudly operate in a hybrid working model, requiring you to be in the office just two days per week (Tuesdays and Wednesdays). Our interview process consists of a first-stage video interview with our Director of Technology lasting 30 minutes, followed by a final face-to-face interview at our office with the financial team. The salary for this position is up to £50,000, along with a discretionary bonus of up to 10%, 25 days of holiday, and flexible working hours.
