Requirements
Must:
- A minimum of 1 year of commercial Data Science experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with Python (pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn) and SQL.
- A sound understanding of statistics and forecasting.
- A confident communicator, able to explain technical work clearly to non-technical audiences.
Responsibilities
- Enrich and prepare datasets to uncover actionable insights.
- Build and evaluate time-series forecasts.
- Prototype AI/ML models with exposure to NLP and computer vision.
- Translate findings into clear visual reports and concise business narratives.
- Contribute to simple, reliable data pipelines and automated quality checks.
Description
We are a fast-growing analytics and technology business operating in the media streaming sector, partnering with major entertainment brands. In this role, I will welcome you to join a small, collaborative data team as a Full Stack Data Scientist. You will have the chance to build models, generate insights, and work with real-world product and customer data across various data types such as text, images, and time-series. This is an excellent opportunity to build from scratch within a growing data function, gain exposure to cutting-edge work in NLP, time-series analysis, and computer vision, and enjoy a collaborative startup environment where your ideas can come to life. The competitive salary ranges from £35,000 to £50,000 depending on experience, and this position is fully remote for UK-based candidates only. Please note that we do not offer visa sponsorship.
