Requirements
Must:
- Strong Java Development experience
- Proficiency with Springboot and Microservices
- Experience with PostgreSQL
- Cloud experience, preferably with AWS
- Desirable skills include previous experience in Gambling/iGaming, DevOps, Kubernetes, and experience working in a small to medium-sized company (start-up experience is a plus).
Responsibilities
As a Mid-Level Java Developer, you will be part of our core engineering team. You will collaborate with the product team to design systems, build backend features, and contribute to architecture, security, and scalability. You will take ownership of the full development lifecycle, aligning requirements with development, testing, and operations.
Description
We are a start-up in the B2B gaming space, creating free-to-play and pay-to-play games for online gambling companies and sports books. With a lean team of 15, including 5 engineers, we have already become profitable and seek someone who shares our vision and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Our technology stack includes Java, Springboot, PostgreSQL, AWS, Kubernetes, and Vue.
You will engage in a structured interview process that includes a 30-minute video call with the CTO, a technical test, and a final discussion with the CEO. The salary for this role is up to £60,000, along with a discretionary bonus, 25 days of holiday, and the flexibility of fully remote work.
