Requirements
Must:
- Strong hands-on experience supporting Azure infrastructure
- Proven Azure Virtual Desktop delivery, including large user estates
- Experience with Microsoft 365 and Exchange
- Familiarity with virtualisation technologies such as Horizon and Hyper-V
- Network and firewall management experience
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Clear communication skills and ability to document solutions
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
- Eligibility for UK Security Check (SC) clearance
Responsibilities
- Design, build, support, and maintain Azure cloud environments
- Deliver and support Azure Virtual Desktop, including large-scale migrations
- Build Azure Virtual Desktop environments from the ground up
- Support Microsoft 365, Office 365, and Exchange
- Support virtualised environments (e.g. Horizon, Hyper-V)
- Manage and maintain network and firewall infrastructure
- Troubleshoot complex infrastructure and security issues
- Ensure environments remain secure, reliable, and up to date
- Produce clear technical documentation
- Work collaboratively with wider technology and operations teams
