Must:
We are looking for candidates with a solid background in Microsoft infrastructure, Azure, and virtualization (VMware or Hyper-V). You should be comfortable troubleshooting issues across networking, storage, and firewalls, and have a familiarity with cybersecurity best practices, including endpoint protection. The ideal candidate will be well-organized, documentation-focused, and comfortable working in a structured, process-driven environment. A willingness to be on-site full-time in Milton Keynes, with occasional travel to Birmingham, is essential.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will manage and support our hybrid infrastructure across on-premise and Azure environments. You will maintain servers, storage (SAN/NAS), firewalls, and networking infrastructure. Your responsibilities will also include overseeing patching, backups, disaster recovery plans, and system documentation. You will respond to incidents quickly and methodically to reduce technical risk and contribute to infrastructure upgrades and new deployments across sites. Collaboration within Agile-style workflows, including sprint planning and retrospectives, will be a key part of your daily activities.
