Must:
We are looking for a GIS Developer who has experience with modern Esri technology. You should be proficient in developing and maintaining GIS tools and workflows using Python, ArcPy, SQL, and Esri ArcGIS Pro/Online. Familiarity with C# (ArcGIS Pro SDK), Node.js, and React is also desirable. Experience with ETL tools and version control systems such as Git or Subversion will be beneficial. A strong understanding of data handling automation and collaboration in a team environment is essential.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will take ownership of developing and improving GIS workflows that support critical infrastructure projects across the UK. You will play a key role in supporting digital transformation projects as we transition away from legacy ArcMap systems. Your duties will include designing, building, and testing scripts and microservices to automate data handling, collaborating closely with a mid-level GIS developer and technical leads, and mentoring colleagues to foster innovation within the team.
