Requirements
Must:
- Strong experience with Power BI (dashboards, DAX, data modelling)/n- Confident working with stakeholders across the business/n- Solid SQL skills/n- Experience with SSRS or legacy reporting tools is beneficial/n- Proactive with a high-agency mindset who can take ownership
Responsibilities
- Build and develop Power BI dashboards and reports/n- Work directly with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver insights/n- Help move the business from ad hoc reporting to scalable, structured analytics/n- Support migration from legacy reporting (SSRS) to a modern Azure-based environment/n- Contribute to improving data quality, accessibility, and usability

We are a growing, Microsoft-focused technology business located in North West London, investing heavily in data, reporting, and AI. We are looking for a Data Analyst to play a key role in shaping how data is used across the organisation. This high visibility role offers an opportunity to influence data utilization, with exposure to modern data platforms and AI initiatives. We provide a competitive package of £50,000 – £65,000, and initially require 5 days onsite for a few months before transitioning to a hybrid model.
