We are looking for candidates with the following skills and experience:
- Proficiency in Java (core and enterprise)
- Experience with UML and software modeling
- Familiarity with service-oriented or open architectures
- Knowledge of microservices
- Understanding of TCP/IP and communications middleware
- Experience in Windows and Linux environments
- Exposure to virtualization and containerization
- Skills in designing and integrating APIs
- Proficient in databases and SQL
- Experience with real-time data, visualization, or HMI is an advantage
- Previous defence experience is preferred, particularly with sonar, submarine, or maritime combat systems

Description
This position requires a mix of onsite work and will require SC clearance or eligibility. It is a 6-month contract with the potential for extensions, and the role is classified as inside IR35.
