Requirements
Must:
- 2+ years experience as a Software Engineer
- Strong C# and .NET development experience
- Experience working with complex, long-lived codebases
- Confident troubleshooting and debugging skills
- Comfortable taking ownership of a critical internal system
- Right to work in the UK without sponsorship
- Desirable experience includes Windows deployment technologies, driver management, hardware ecosystems or experience within production or manufacturing environments
Responsibilities
- Maintain and evolve a custom-built Windows deployment platform used on a live production line
- Handle dynamic driver injection, automated OEM software installation, Windows license injection, and PXE-based imaging
- Integrate with internal order management systems
- Work closely with internal development, production, and operations teams to improve automation
- Increase efficiency and reduce manual intervention across the manufacturing process
- Ensure system reliability and impact production throughput
