Requirements
Must:
- Previous experience in 1st line support and a strong interest in systems
- Logical and methodical thinking abilities
- Calm and structured communication skills, able to handle challenging customers
- Tech-savvy; comfortable using tools like SQL, Bash, Jira, etc.
- Must be based in Manchester or able to commute to the office once a week
Responsibilities
- Provide support to users via phone and email, assisting them with a bespoke software platform in the e-commerce and logistics sectors
- Troubleshoot issues related to platform rules and configurations
- Use a ticketing system and collaborate with developers for issue resolution
- Occasionally access client setups remotely for investigation
- Maintain a calm and professional demeanor while providing structured support, avoiding the frantic atmosphere typical of call centers
