Requirements
Must:
- Strong Android development experience
- Solid Java experience
- Understanding of Android beyond basic UI development
- Comfortable working on a live, evolving product
- Exposure to backend APIs (desirable)
- Experience working with secure or hardware-integrated applications (desirable)
- Collaborative mindset with interest in contributing ideas (desirable)
- Hold a full UK driving licence
- Be eligible for SC Clearance
Responsibilities
- Take ownership of a Java-based Native Android application
- Focus on Android development, contributing to technical direction and architectural decisions
- Collaborate closely with a backend engineering team
- Engage across the full development lifecycle including feature design, testing, and continuous improvement
- Work on enhancements and feature expansion of existing platforms
Description
We are a well-established UK software company developing bespoke operational management platforms for regulated, security-conscious environments.
