Requirements

Must:
- Strong academic background in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or a related discipline (1st or 2.1 from a good University) - Typically 3–5 years of commercial software engineering experience, with flexibility for exceptional candidates - Experience building production software, ideally in a full stack environment - Strong problem-solving ability and logical thinking

Responsibilities

- Develop full stack features across a large, complex platform - Work with high-volume, data-heavy systems where performance and scalability matter - Collaborate closely with product managers, QA, and AI-focused R&D teams - Take ownership of features from design through to production and iteration - Contribute ideas and improvements rather than working from rigid specifications
