- Familiarity with agile development practices.
- Critical thinking, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to secure applications and data.

Responsibilities
- Build positive project relationships through client-facing engagements, running workshops, and leading clients to success.
- Design and develop solutions using Power Platform, Microsoft Copilot Studio agents, and Teams Toolkit agents to meet client requirements.
- Lead a team of experts to drive success in delivering technology solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams under challenging circumstances to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Demonstrate expertise in the Power Platform suite of products and Microsoft 365 Copilot.
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions utilizing Microsoft 365 products.
- Share best practices for Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, and extensibility knowledge with global Avanade team members.
- Manage task backlog for the continuous improvement of client solutions and contribute to solution estimates.
