- You should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a business analyst role or a related position.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills are essential.
- The ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment is needed.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365, especially in areas such as retail customer leads and service requests.
- Strong skills in gathering and documenting business requirements.
- Experience in writing detailed and clear Functional Specification Documents (FSD).
- I value your ability to effectively interact with multiple teams to ensure clear communication and project alignment.
- A proven ability to align specifications from multiple systems and interfaces for cohesive system functionality is necessary.
- Experience in managing JIRA tickets, with the ability to prioritize and assign tasks to the appropriate teams, is expected.

Responsibilities
- I will have you collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document detailed business requirements for Dynamics 365 CRM projects.
- You will be responsible for writing clear and comprehensive Functional Specification Documents to guide development teams.
- You will apply your functional knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365, particularly in aspects such as retail customer leads and service requests.
- I expect you to work closely with multiple teams, including IT, development, and operations, to ensure alignment and integration of business requirements.
- You will ensure the alignment of specifications from various systems and interfaces, contributing to seamless system integration.
- Managing and prioritizing JIRA tickets will be part of your duties, assigning them to the appropriate teams based on priority and complexity.
- Facilitating communication between stakeholders to ensure clarity and alignment of project objectives will be a key responsibility.
