Requirements
Must:
We are looking for candidates who possess the following qualifications and experiences:
- A background in the finance industry is highly desirable.
- In-depth product knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Supply Chain Management (including Finance and supporting modules).
- A minimum of 7 years of experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Supply Chain Management.
- Strong consulting skills with at least 5 years of client-facing experience in an implementation partner role.
- Exceptional requirements gathering skills with demonstrable experience.
- Ability to learn and adapt to our delivery tools and methodology.
- Proficiency in presentation, written, and verbal English.
- A results-oriented and self-motivated attitude aimed at delivering excellence.
- A team player with excellent communication skills and the ability to influence without authority.
- A passion for learning and professional development.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will be tasked with the following key responsibilities:
- Leading client workshops to analyze and design Finance and supporting module solutions for the project workstream.
- Overseeing a team of functional consultants.
- Defining and evaluating both functional and non-functional requirements for each business process within the project workstream.
- Transforming business requirements into application requirements to populate the requirements traceability matrix and conduct fit/gap analyses.
- Writing functional specifications and collaborating with the technical team to ensure functional requirements are clearly understood.
- Prototyping, configuring, and testing relevant business processes.
- Documenting system configurations and preparing project documentation deliverables.
- Supporting key-users during user acceptance testing.
- Training key-users and/or end-users on the solutions developed.
- Transitioning the solution to the support team.
- Staying updated on Microsoft’s latest innovations and contributing to internal knowledge-sharing initiatives.
