Requirements
Must:
- I am seeking a developer with a strong passion for coding business systems and websites, who enjoys solving challenges and delivering outstanding results for clients.
- I require in-depth knowledge of PHP and MySQL, and the ability to write code independently without relying solely on frameworks and libraries. Knowledge of Symfony is desirable.
- Experience in setting up payment processors such as Stripe, PayPal, Sage, and WorldPay is essential.
- I expect experience with 3rd party integrations and the ability to write custom integrations when needed.
- Awareness of SEO and the significance of semantic HTML elements is important.
- Familiarity with marketing and analytics tools, such as Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager, is required, especially in setting tracking events and conversions.
- I need someone who can manage multiple projects across various industries, demonstrating strong project management skills.
- A sound understanding of business acumen, including pricing, ROI, and the ability to directly communicate with clients, is necessary.
Responsibilities
- I will rely on you to develop and implement the agency's technology vision and roadmap, ensuring that our systems remain secure, scalable, and up to date.
- Your role will include identifying emerging technologies (like AI and automation) to maintain our competitive edge.
- It is essential to ensure that our technology aligns with client needs and agency offerings, including web development, CRM, and analytics.
- You will code and oversee the development and deployment of websites, platforms, and marketing tools, collaborating with the team to guarantee technical feasibility and timely execution.
- I expect you to set technical standards, establish coding practices, and create efficient workflows, while also acting as an escalation point for complex technical challenges.
Description
