Requirements
Must:
- Strong hands-on experience with modern AI tools
- Curious, experimental, and eager to learn
- Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
- Able to translate business needs into practical AI solutions
- Clear communicator, especially with non-technical colleagues
- Basic scripting (Python or JavaScript) - Desirable
- Familiarity with APIs - Desirable
- Experience with workflow automation tools (Zapier, Make, n8n) - Desirable
- Knowledge management or documentation systems - Desirable
- Basic data analysis - Desirable
- Experience with SaaS platforms or IT administration (e.g., MDM tools) - Desirable
- Degree in computer science, engineering, digital technology or similar OR strong practical experience with AI and automation
Responsibilities
- Identify practical AI use cases across teams
- Deploy and configure AI tools to support internal workflows
- Build simple automations to reduce repetitive tasks
- Contribute to internal AI-assisted knowledge systems
- Create prompt libraries and usage guidelines
- Train and support staff in adopting AI tools
- Assist with responsible-use and data-protection guidelines
- Test emerging AI tools and share insights with teams
Description
We are a fast-growing technology-focused organization supporting film, television, and broadcast production. In this role, you will work across multiple departments to integrate modern AI tools and make AI an effective, everyday tool throughout the business. We offer a 40-hour work week from Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend work, 23 days of holiday plus bank holidays, an Employee Assistance Programme, an additional holiday day after 2 years, an Employee of the Month award, two unpaid volunteering days annually, and regular staff socials and celebrations.
