Requirements
Must:
- At least 5+ years of experience leading consulting engagements in the NHS, with direct experience in data strategy, AI, and enterprise architecture.
- Experience operating in large IT environments and an understanding of how to manage multiple stakeholders in a matrix environment.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
Responsibilities
- Lead Digital Transformation Engagements within the Healthcare and Life Science practice.
- Directly contribute to business development and pre-sales.
- Select resources for the delivery of an engagement.
- Work closely with customers, account teams, and delivery teams to identify business-related problems and present outcome-based solutions.
- Provide direct consulting services to customers.
- Ensure that all solutions are delivered in a quality-driven manner, meeting internal standards and customer expectations.
- Build and maintain contacts and relationships with customers to drive lasting account growth.
- Mentor and train junior consultants.
- Actively participate in the development of internal standards, processes, procedures, methodology, and services.
- Develop thought leadership within the firm by writing papers and producing case studies.
- Be willing to travel and work remotely as required.
