Must:
- Proven D365 FO Delivery Expertise – I’m looking for candidates with demonstrated hands-on experience in end-to-end implementations of D365 Finance in the banking sector, ideally in environments managing high volumes of financial transactions. A deep functional knowledge across Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, Fixed Assets, Tax/GST, and management reporting is essential.
- Business & Technical Integration Skills – Candidates should be skilled in gathering and translating business requirements, analyzing business processes, and mapping them to D365 F&O capabilities. Experience with supporting integrations with third-party systems, Power BI, AFAH, and data/security management is also necessary.
- Analytical Problem Solver – I value a strong ability to diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve complex technical and functional issues, providing practical and scalable solutions that align with business needs.
