Responsibilities
- Be part of the team responsible for the technical delivery of highway infrastructure projects
- Use highways design, drainage, and other software packages to deliver technically robust designs
- Mentor and coach team members, taking responsibility for their technical development
- Assist Project Managers on technical aspects of designs from project initiation through to completion
- Delegate work to team members, programme deliverables, and monitor progress
- Support the business in work winning activities, including representing the business at networking events and preparing tenders
