Responsibilities
- Be part of the team responsible for the technical delivery of highway infrastructure projects.
- Use highways design, drainage and other software packages to deliver technically robust designs.
- Mentor and coach team members and take responsibility for their technical development.
- Assist Project Managers on technical aspects of designs from project initiation through to completion.
- Delegate work to team members, program deliverables and monitor progress.
- Support the business in work winning activities, including representing the business at networking events and preparing tenders.
