Requirements
Must:
- Degree or certification in a related discipline (civil engineering, architecture, BIM, etc.)
- Knowledge of BIM software including Navisworks, SQL, Python
- Scripts and/or programming skills
- Ability to work 5 days in the office
Responsibilities
- Use BIM software to develop and maintain detailed 3D models
- Ensure model compliance with industry standards and project requirements
- Execute clash detection and discuss and resolve issues in the design
- Collaborate with AEC professionals and stakeholders, and participate in project meetings to ensure coordinated and accurate designs
- Update and revise models based on feedback and project changes
- Perform model quality checks to ensure accuracy and completeness
Description
We are a leading principal contractor in the Energy from Waste sector, located in North London. Our BIM Modeller role offers an annual salary of between £50,000 to £55,000, with a starting date in February/March 2026.
