Requirements
Must:
- Experienced Level 4 Diploma qualified advisers
- Proven track record in IFA sales
- Strong communication skills for phone and video consultations
- Ability to manage existing clients as well as new leads
- Comfortable with office-based work
- Familiarity with compliance and regulatory requirements in financial advice
Responsibilities
- Assist existing clients and onboard new clients into the firm
- Provide phone and video-based financial advice
- Manage client inquiries and develop relationships
- Work collaboratively with our team to enhance service delivery
- Set and achieve personal performance targets
Description
We are a successful multi-branch IFA firm located in Sussex and across the South East, currently expanding our IFA sales arm in Hove. We provide all leads and clients, offering a great opportunity for experienced advisers. Our work schedule is Monday to Friday, 9-5, with the potential to work from home one day a week after training and competency milestones are achieved. We offer a competitive base salary of £55,000, with discretionary bonuses and commissions, bringing potential earnings to £75,000. In addition, we provide a full benefits package to support our team.
