Requirements
Must:
- I require at least 12 months of experience in a helpdesk or IT support role.
- Experience with Windows 10/11 managed support is essential.
- I expect proficiency in printer and server management (2016/2019).
- Management of domains/DNS (GoDaddy, 123 Reg, etc.) is necessary.
- Familiarity with Office 365 Admin Centre and Exchange is required.
- Support experience with SharePoint, OneDrive, and Teams is expected.
- I need knowledge in networking (DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP).
- Understanding of cybersecurity solutions (AV, email security, web filtering) is important.
Responsibilities
- I will log all actions and ensure accurate documentation in ConnectWise.
- I will answer calls and deliver excellent customer service at all times.
- It is my responsibility to meet individual and team KPI targets aligned with Service Desk goals.
- I will escalate IT issues to the Senior Service Desk Engineer or Service Desk Manager when required.
- I will manage and maintain IT Glue documentation for customers and internal use.
- I will collaborate with the Sales team to provide solutions and recommendations.
- Supporting hosted environments and local infrastructure for clients will be part of my role.
- I will diagnose and resolve technical issues for clients and internal teams.
- Assisting in small to medium-sized IT projects as directed by the Service Desk Manager will be my duty.
- I will apply security updates and system upgrades for clients and internal systems.
- Setting up and configuring core servers for clients and internal use will also fall under my responsibilities.
- I will ensure software licensing records are maintained.
- Providing technical support for both Mac and PC users will be part of my job.
