Requirements
Must:
- Experience as a Tech Lead or Engineering Lead, with a proven track record of leading teams of 3-6 engineers.
- Strong, recent hands-on coding experience in .NET, Java, or Python.
- Deep knowledge in cloud architecture and infrastructure, particularly with AWS or Azure, Terraform, Kubernetes, and CI/CD.
- Proven ability to re-architect or modernize platforms, especially transitioning from legacy systems to cloud-native solutions.
- Experience in building distributed systems on AWS or Azure.
- Excellent communication skills; able to articulate technical concepts clearly in client-facing or pre-sales contexts.
- Experience in consulting or structured delivery environments.
- Based in the UK and eligible for security clearance.
- Strong ability to engage with clients, demonstrating both technical depth and commercial awareness.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with clients to develop solutions that address their unique challenges, bridging the gap between business objectives and technical capabilities.
- Lead technical teams in delivering complex solutions, providing mentorship to engineers and fostering a continuous improvement environment.
- Be hands-on when necessary, whether debug, troubleshooting, or guiding architectural decisions, and leading from the front.
- Drive internal growth by leading recruitment efforts, designing and delivering training, and actively participating in our communities of practice.
- Leverage technical expertise to shape solutions and offer insights that help us win new projects.
