We are looking for a Technical Business Analyst with a strong understanding of process design and a solid background in Microsoft technologies, Azure cloud services, and Linux environments. You should have a proven ability to build and write instructions, be self-motivated, and possess excellent communication skills to clearly convey project plans, progress, and issues to stakeholders. You must be adaptable and flexible to changing project requirements, with outstanding stakeholder management skills and the confidence to communicate at all levels. A strong track record of implementing process improvements, managing risks, and ensuring projects meet deadlines and budgets is essential. Familiarity with digital project tools such as MS Project, and common IT software (Jira, MS DevOps, Power BI, Word, Excel, Email, Visio, Internet) is necessary, along with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will create detailed functional and non-functional requirements documents, collate and articulate requirements, and write specification and change documents. You will gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders, coordinate with them on work items, and align updates with the project team. Mapping existing systems and translating business needs into technical specifications will be essential, as will designing and proposing cloud-based solutions to meet business objectives. Additionally, you will analyze and optimize existing infrastructure, plan and oversee systems integrations, identify integration points between different systems and platforms, and propose solutions for seamless data flow.
