Data Analyst

We are an established company with over 40 years of experience and an impressive growth plan for the next 3-5 years. We are seeking an experienced, highly analytical, and detail-focused Data Analyst to help us understand what our data is currently doing for the business and to assist in setting up and analyzing new processes to enhance accessibility. As part of our team, you will harness data from across the organization to generate actionable insights that drive strategic decision-making, enhance risk management, and improve operational efficiency. You will report to the Head of IT and play a vital role in shaping the future data architecture of the business, ensuring our technical platforms and analytical capabilities align with our vision of becoming a truly data-driven organization. With a commitment to fostering teamwork and collaboration, you will have the opportunity to work closely with stakeholders across all operational levels and departments, identifying opportunities to maximize the value of data. Additionally, you will promote the adoption of corporate data models and support the principles of data ownership and governance. We offer a competitive salary of up to £50k DOE, along with an annual discretionary bonus of approximately 10% of your salary. Our office hours are 8:30 am - 5 pm from Monday to Friday, and after your probation period, we may consider some hybrid working arrangements.
