Requirements
Must:
- Experience in a similar IT Applications Analyst role
- Strong knowledge of ITIL incident and problem management processes
- Understanding of change management processes
- Proficient in supporting and developing software applications
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Analytical and logical thinking skills
- Strong change management and governance skills
- Self-motivated with a willingness to develop and improve
- Relevant service management and project qualifications (e.g., ITIL) are desirable but not essential
Responsibilities
- Support projects to implement new applications and develop existing applications
- Provide 2nd line support for the service desk
- Ensure compliance with service level agreements
- Develop the housing management system and design workflows
- Support a collaborative approach across the business
- Test and implement new applications and make necessary changes to existing ones
- Identify improvements to streamline operations and mitigate potential risks
- Create and maintain accurate documentation for all current applications

This role is offered on a 12-month fixed-term contract with a salary of circa £34,000.
