Requirements
Must:
- Relevant experience in a similar role
- Strong understanding of change management processes
- Knowledge of ITIL incident and problem management
- Ability to support and develop software applications
- Experience in testing and implementing new applications
- Analytical and logical thinking skills
- Strong governance skills
- Willingness to develop and improve
- Relevant service management and project qualifications (e.g., ITIL) preferred, but not essential
Responsibilities
- Support projects to implement new applications and develop existing applications
- Provide 2nd line support to the service desk following ITIL processes
- Develop the housing management system by designing and developing workflows
- Support multiple projects simultaneously throughout their lifecycle
- Test and implement new applications, making necessary changes to existing ones
- Identify improvements to streamline operations and manage potential risks
- Create and maintain accurate documentation for all current applications
- Collaborate across the business to ensure effective changes
Description

This role is primarily homeworking with occasional travel to Newcastle under Lyme.
