Requirements
Must:
- Experience in Salesforce administration and configuration
- Strong skills in Salesforce Flow and process automation; experience with OmniStudio or healthcare technology is beneficial but not essential
- Ability to work with data, identify issues, and improve data quality
- Clear and respectful communication skills, with the ability to work well with people in different roles and at different levels
- Organised and able to manage workload and priorities in a busy environment
Responsibilities
- Configure and maintain Salesforce to support clinical and commercial activities
- Lead the migration of existing automation (for example, Process Builder) to Salesforce Flow, ensuring reliable and efficient processes
- Improve data quality by leading data clean-up, de-duplication, and ongoing data management activities
- Work with colleagues across teams to design and maintain automated journeys for referrals, leads, and patient communications
- Create clear reports and dashboards that help teams understand performance and make informed decisions
- Explain CRM changes and options in straightforward language to colleagues who do not have a technical background, and support them to use the system effectively

By diagnosing and treating common eye conditions, we help patients receive care sooner and support the reduction of NHS waiting lists. We are currently recruiting a CRM & Automation Specialist to maintain and improve our digital systems, working remotely within the UK.
