Requirements
Must:
- Strong communication skills both verbally (telephone and client facing) and written
- Ability to be calm and think logically under pressure
- Good troubleshooting abilities for resolving problems
- A team player and able to work without supervision
- Full UK driving license (own transport preferred)
- Ideally have 5 GCSE Grades (C and above) or equivalent, including Maths and English
- Based within an easy commute of our offices
- 2 years or more experience working in a support environment preferred
Responsibilities
- Provide 1st and 2nd line support for desktop, server, and VoIP issues
- Perform troubleshooting and problem resolution for various technical issues
- Conduct client site visits as required
- Install and manage anti-virus products
- Configure LAN and WAN communications, including routers and firewalls
- Work collaboratively with our support team on various projects
